How to make beetroot face mask


Step 1: Peel the skin and grate 1 tablespoon beetroot.

Rinse the fresh beets under running water to clean them of any dirt. You can also use a stiff-bristle vegetable brush to remove any dirt. Carefully run a vegetable peeler against the skin of the beet. Be sure to remove any patches of beet skin with crevices, which can hold dirt. 


For coarsely grated beets, choose a sturdy, four-sided box grater with thick, stamped holes, rather than etched holes. Hold the handle firmly, pressing it downward onto a clean cutting board. Press the flat side of a cut and peeled beetroot onto the side of the grater with the largest holes, holding the vegetable near the bottom. Move the beet across surface, keeping it firmly pressed. Collect the grated root from the cutting board or open the grater’s latch to empty the shreds, if your grater has a trap.



Step 2: Adding the mixture of Aloe Vera gel and Mango butter

In a bowl, take 2 tablespoons Aloe Vera and mango butter mixture, 1 tablespoon beetroot juice and mix well. Prepare a thick smooth paste
