Carrot Lemon Ginger Juice

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium-sized carrots​

  • 2 liters of water​

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Peel the carrots and cut them into manageable pieces.​
    • Slice the lemon into thin rounds.​
    • Peel the ginger and chop it into small chunks.​
  2. Blend the Ingredients:
    • Place the carrot pieces, lemon slices, and ginger chunks into a blender or juicer.​
    • Add the 2 liters of water to the mixture.​
    • Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.​
  3. Strain and Store:
    • Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl to remove the pulp.​
    • Transfer the strained juice into clean jars or bottles.​
    • Seal the containers and refrigerate.​
