Follow the steps mentioned below to make your fenugreek oil at home:





1. Sun-dry your fenugreek seed to keep them free from any form of moisture.


2. Pour the seeds into a dry mill or blender, blend to powder form and set aside.


3. Place your pot on the gas or stove.


4. Fill the bottom pot with 1 or 2 inches of water.


5. Add the top pot and place your carrier oil on it.


6. Lit your gas or stove on medium heat and allow to heat for 7 to 10 minutes.


7. After 7 minutes, turn off the heat and take out the carrier oil.


8. Now, pour the heated olive oil (carrier oil of your choice) into your fenugreek powder, mix with a spoon or spatula and set aside for 48 hours.


9. After 48 hours, strain the mixture with a strainer or cheesecloth to extract your fenugreek oil.
